Youth Ministry
The younger generation is essential to the community and we are intentionally creating safe spaces for them to seek support, encourage one another, and grow in their knowledge and love of Jesus. Everyone is welcome!
MIDDLE SCHOOL GATHERINGS
Our Middle School Service takes place almost every Sunday* during service in “The Basement” (our youth space downstairs from the Fellowship Hall). This group is open to anyone in 6th-8th grade, and is an excellent way for them to connect with each other!
*We do not meet on Family Service Sundays, where we invite all our kids to sit with their families for service.
HIGH SCHOOL GATHERINGS
Our High School Gatherings take place almost every Sunday right after service, from 12-1:15pm. This is a great time for 9th-12th grade students to come together and connect over food and games, teaching, small groups, and hanging out.
Whether you may be new to faith or looking to answer questions, this is a space for you to come and spend time with one another.
*Some Sundays will be cancelled due to holidays or church-wide, special events, and will be communicated with as much advance notice as possible.
MIDWEEK PROGRAMS
“LEAN IN” NIGHTS - 1st Wednesday of the Month, 6:15-7:30pm
Open for 6th-12th grade youth, Lean In Nights are designed for teens to lean in to their faith and grow closer to God. This time is designed to help them discover new ways to connect with God, develop a more intimate prayer life with practical tips and guided prayer sessions, and learning how to read and understand the Bible more effectively.
MIDWEEK GROUPS - Wednesdays, 6:15-7:30pm*
Separated by boys and girls, these groups will typically run in 8-10 week sessions, depending on the study. This is a great way for youth to engage in open and honest discussions about faith, addressing doubts and exploring the tough questions in a supportive community.
*Check the Youth Calendar below to check for program and event dates.

Join the Team!
Our volunteers aim to build bridges with youth by creating a safe and fun atmosphere. The most important thing is to come prepared and ready to serve!
Relational - know who students are, what they struggle with, and how to encourage them.
Facilitator - help guide discussions, providing opportunities for youth to dive into God’s word, be challenged to take the next step, and create space to talk and share.
Committed - support the leadership of Wellspring Youth and Wellspring Church, promoting events and programs, and representing the ministry to parents and other church members.
