SERVE Opportunities

At Wellspring, we believe that God has called the local church to be a place of service, where we serve one another. Here are a few ways you can serve with us.

Children’s Ministry

  • Our Children Ministry Team plans and runs our Sunday Kids Program, ensuring the safety and discipleship of kids from 1 year old – up to grade 5th grade.

  • (Ongoing) Current Needs:

    Nursery: 3 people

    PreK: 3 people

    Lower Elementary: 4 people

    Upper Elementary: 2 people

    Substitutes List: 8 people

Youth Ministry

  • Our Youth Ministry Team plans and runs our Sunday Middle Schoo; Program, mid-week youth groups, and youth events, ensuring the safety and discipleship of kids from 6th - 12th grade.

  • 1 person for Middle School Teacher (Sunday AM)

    2-3 Adult Leaders for our Youth Nights (Sunday PM)

Welcome Team

  • Coming to church for the first time can be intimidating for a new person but our welcome is prepared to offer a smile, a cup of coffee, and help with finding a seat.

  • 3 people for coffee cart (9:30 arrival),

    3 people for Greeter, specifically Next Steps Greeter (after Service) and Children's Ministry Greeting (9:30 arrival)

Sunday Set Up + Clean Up

  • Our building is home to various ministries and other churches during the week. This team helps us get the church ready for our service, and keeps it clean for the next group.

  • 3-5 people for Set Up (8am arrival)

Kitchen Crew

  • This team prepares the food for our shared table after service creating an important space for fellowship and connection. This includes cooking and preparing food before service as well as cleaning up after our fellowship time.

Prayer Team

  • This team prays for any requests from the congregation and prays over all who enter our doors. They meet before service at 9:00am for an extended time of prayer in Annex Room #3 as well as midweek on Thursdays at 3:00pm.

  • There is an open invite for all interested in intercessory or prophetic prayer, both before service or during service.

Worship Team

  • This team helps lead God’s people in worship through their musical abilities.

  • If you like the technical side of things, the production team is for you! This team oversees the sound, lighting, slides, video, and multi-media display using the Proclaim App.

Well Communities

  • Well communities are an essential piece of our church family’s growth and community. A Well Group Leader’s primary responsibility is to establish a place of safety, connection, and growth for their community. Well group leaders can lead classes, seminars or well groups based on their passions and gifts, in the hope of helping others grow in their relationship with Jesus.

House of Miracles

  • The House of Miracles project seeks to transform an underutilized, upstairs space at Wellspring into an imaginative environment based on C.S. Lewis’ timeless and Christ-inspired Chronicles of Narnia, where all kinds of people may be newly and further enchanted by Christ.

  • Pray, donate, volunteer, and help spread the word.
